Professional Goals

My goal is to utilize my leadership skillset for the progression of our society. I want to be a catalyst for changing inequities related to school data, curriculum, instructional practices, policies, and processes. This includes working with teachers and other leaders to implement research-based practices and encourage reflective practice. I believe students who experience success in school become productive members of our community.

My mission is to continue to foster learning environments with the primary objective of authentically engaging my school organization and local community. As an Instructional Leader, I will directly help initiate the change in thinking needed for students to be successful in a global society. Something unique about me is that I have taught elementary, middle, and high school. I’ve also worked in private, charter and public schools. It gives me a rare perspective on the role school culture and climate plays in student success.
